Technical Program Manager

About the role

Support the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team in planning, tracking, and governance of architecture deliverables, including intake requests, reviews, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, reports, and Confluence spaces to ensure accurate tracking, visibility, and documentation of EA activities.
• Design and implement Jira automations, workflow enhancements, notifications, and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Cook up architecture forums, review boards, intake meetings, action items, metrics reporting, and stakeholder communications across business and technology teams.
• Leverage AI tools such as Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, and other productivity solutions to streamline documentation, reporting, process automation, and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Possess strong hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Automation, Confluence, AI-enabled tools, and project management platforms.
• A proven background in process improvement, workflow automation, and operational excellence.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
