Technical Program Manager
Responsibilities
- Work directly on cross-organizational programs that cut across engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams.
- Operate at scale, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and execution across multiple OCI orgs for initiatives that impact both product and business outcomes.
- Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans and measurable milestones, driving them from concept to launch.
- Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence.
Qualifications
- Bias for action and doesn’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves to move a program forward.
- Technical foundation that allows you to quickly absorb the complexities of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and emerging GPU/AI infrastructure.
- Work across large organizations and bring people together around shared goals.

Pay
Hiring Range in USD: $80,200 - $166,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
