Responsibilities

  • Work to drive Rhythm of the Business activities
  • Drive organizational success
  • Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders
  • Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience developing and implementing strategy, then executing against, large cross cutting programs
  • Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically
  • Technology background that enables understanding of the complexities of cloud architecture
  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
  • Works well with senior leaders within all of Oracle (from engineering to business) to drive results for core business initiatives
  • Works well in ambiguity, can work with your team to dive into a problem and create a solution
  • Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations
  • Familiarity and knowledge of AI workloads and Software stack
  • Experience in a customer facing role in a tech company
  • Experience with AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) customers is a big plus
