Technical Program Coordinator (contract)

Location: Chandler, AZ | Duration: 12 months | Work Engagement: W2 | Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

About the Role

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables. You will review and analyze moderately complex challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, contribute to issue resolution, and consult with others to meet deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and manage operational processes.
• Coordinate projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Support documentation, reporting, and process improvement efforts.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, testing, and release coordination.

Requirements

• Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with technology evaluation, onboarding, innovation programs, or technology lab environments is preferred.
