Technical Product Owner – SAP Order to Cash (O2C)

About the role

A confidential global organization in the healthcare and technology sector is searching for a seasoned Technical Product Owner to lead SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash initiatives as part of a large-scale international transformation program.

Responsibilities

  • Own the SAP S/4HANA O2C product strategy, vision, and roadmap — from concept through delivery.
  • Convert business and operational priorities into scalable, practical technology solutions.
  • Drive the design and rollout of integrated solutions spanning:
    • Order Management & Order Intake
    • Contracts & Pricing
    • Billing & Accounts Receivable
    • Delivery & Shipping
    • Master Data
    • EDI, APIs, and system integrations
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery on time.
  • Run Agile ceremonies — backlog management, sprint planning, user story creation, and prioritization.
  • Champion continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Define and track KPIs and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience, including 8+ years working with SAP.
  • Deep expertise with SAP S/4HANA O2C processes.
  • Strong understanding of the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including Billing, AR, Contracts & Pricing.
  • Working knowledge of SAP integrations with MM and FICO modules.
  • Solid foundation in Agile and software delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, self-organized teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing and supporting integrations, interfaces, and APIs.

Nice to have

  • Industry background in Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences.
  • Knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance requirements.
  • Experience in global or regional transformation programs.
  • Background in Supply Chain and customer delivery operations.
