Technical Product Owner - Plan

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy integrated solutions across supply chain planning using SAP and planning SAP S/4HANA planning capabilities (MRP, MRP Live, Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning views)
• SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP): demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, planning operators, scenario modeling
• SAP modules integration: , , , , , and MDG (master data)
• Master data management: material master, BOMs, routings, batches, serial number and shelf-life handling
• ATP/gATP, Available to Promise and order promising concepts
• Advanced planning topics: demand sensing, forecast accuracy, safety stock policy, lead time management, constraint/capacity planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 8 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Life Sciences experience
• In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA, particularly Supply Chain Planning
• Strong understanding of core Supply Chain Plan and Source business processes
• Experience in Medtech/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations
• Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
• Expertise in configuring the SAP S/4HANA Plan and Source modules to meet business requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Planning processes
• Ability to design and test integrations with external and internal systems / partners while also supporting the build technical team for any questions around the mechanism of the integrations, error handling, reprocessing etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to build the scenarios for testing based on the end-to-end processes design and drive any defects coming out of the testing phase
• Skilled in creating detailed technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals
• Focused on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast attitude, and measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional self-organized teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
