Technical Product Owner

About the role

This role is vital in supporting the development and implementation of enterprise technology solutions within a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring product strategies align with organizational goals and deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog ensuring it reflects business impact and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate product progress and changes.
• Support sprint planning, execution, and review activities to ensure smooth development cycles.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including product roadmaps, process flows, and system specifications.
• Serve as a liaison between business units, customers, and technical teams to translate needs into actionable tasks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Technical Product Ownership or Business Systems Analysis.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and process workflows.
• Business analysis background, particularly requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience supporting IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Reliability-focused teams (preferred).
• Technical understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, databases, system integrations, and cloud/enterprise technology.
