The Cisco IQ Product Platform group builds the next-generation foundation that enables Cisco’s customers to maximize the value of their portfolio. By focusing on scalable, modular service delivery, we act as the connective tissue across the Cisco ecosystem. We build the platform that ensures our customers' ultimate success.
Responsibilities
- Drive value consumption and elevate customer experiences within a product portfolio spanning Security and Enterprise Networking.
- Lead the technical development and launch of sophisticated Cisco IQ Platform components—including core platform tools, AI models, and autonomous agents.
- Drive initiatives from conception to launch, balancing the needs of internal developers and external enterprise customers to deliver foundational solutions that make Cisco’s products stickier and more valuable.
- Partner strategically with product teams across different Business Groups to ensure the Cisco IQ Platform serves their needs while maintaining architectural integrity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Technical Product Management experience.
- Proven track record of building and launching platforms at enterprise scale.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
- Technical background in security, enterprise networking, AI, or a related field, coupled with a passion for delivering impactful customer solutions.

- Strategic mentality capable of unlocking new capabilities for customers.
- Strong ability to work across functional teams and manage products that cater to diverse customer bases.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with various technical teams.
- Prior experience with collection mechanisms, OTEL (OpenTelemetry), and Cloud Platforms.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is $138,100.00 to $196,500.00 for new hires in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
For specific U.S. locations, the full salary ranges are:
- New York City Metro Area: $138,100.00 - $226,000.00
- Non-Metro New York State & Washington State: $124,000.00 - $201,000.00
For quota-based sales roles, the ranges include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined.

- Additional paid time away for critical or emergency family issues.
- Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer.
- Annual bonuses for non-sales roles, subject to Cisco’s policies.
- For sales roles: Performance-based incentive pay split between quota and non-quota components.
