Job Description
Product Execution & Delivery: Execute product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Collaborate with the Director of Product.
Customer & Market Insights: Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and analyze market trends to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
Requirements & Documentation: Translate business needs into clear product requirements for design and engineering teams.
Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, UI design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product development and successful launches.
Quality & Performance Monitoring: Support testing, QA, and post-launch analysis to ensure product quality and performance meet expectations.
Go-to-Market Support: Assist in preparing product documentation, training materials, and internal communications to enable effective product launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, insurance technology, or related digital platforms
5+ years professional experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., ADO, Jira, Aha!)
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions
Technical aptitude required—daily interaction with engineers
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the insurance industry (P&C, life, health, or embedded insurance)
Pet health or pet insurance experience is a plus
Familiarity with APIs, digital transformation initiatives, or InsurTech platforms
Education
Must meet one of the following requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
Associate’s Degree in a Technical Field
Certification in relevant focus area
