Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Analyst to support requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. This role involves leading Scrum meetings, managing ADO Boards, and working with cross-functional teams, including business and technology stakeholders. The candidate will engage with vendors to support deployments involving fixes, upgrades, and the implementation of new technology using Agile or hybrid methodologies.

Educational Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Development Analyst, Business Technology Analyst, or a similar role.
  • Experience with cloud migrations, SaaS solutions, and real-time/batch-based data analysis is required.
  • Financial Services industry experience is necessary.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of software/system engineering best practices and agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is required.
  • SAFe Agilist, Product Owner / Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Lean Portfolio Management certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), DevOps, Microsoft Azure, or other relevant IT industry certifications.
