Technical Process Engineer

About the role

The Technical Process Engineer will work as part of a team that is responsible for analysis, documentation, solution design, implementation, and training/communication for Business Process Improvement initiatives at Bergen Community College. This role will be responsible for streamlining, simplifying, and improving end-to-end processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement with systems and tools to enhance productivity and provide a unified user experience. This position will utilize strong technical competencies and functional business expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop processes that meet institutional requirements. The Technical Process Engineer requires expertise in systems design and development, application integration, and business process analysis. The Technical Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams within IT as well as across divisions to understand business needs and develop automated solutions.
