Technical Platform Owner- PRO

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Platform Owner- PRO to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a global enterprise platform that supports professional relationship and customer engagement workflows. The position will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and compliance stakeholders to translate strategy into prioritized product outcomes. It will also drive platform governance, budget management, and cross-functional execution while ensuring the solution supports scale, integration, and operational effectiveness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the global product vision and roadmap
• Prioritize workflows, operations, and user experience needs
• Translate business strategies into actionable product objectives
• Lead end-to-end product delivery and manage cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance and risk requirements are integrated into the lifecycle
• Manage platform budget, resource allocations, and strategic suppliers
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in product/platform management or technology delivery
• Proven leadership in a global professional-relations or CRM platform
• Strong knowledge of enterprise workflows, data integration, and compliance
• Experience defining product strategies and managing budgets
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
• Proven ability in agile delivery and stakeholder management

Pay

$137,000 – $236,325 annually
