Technical Operations Engineer

About the role

A Technical Operations Engineer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the technical infrastructure of our systems. This includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the technical infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and manage updates and patches to ensure security and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and virtualization technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

Qualifications

• Experience with network management tools and monitoring systems.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
• Understanding of data center operations and server administration.

Pay

$85,000 - $95,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
