Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to project teams, ensuring smooth execution of technical aspects in inspection projects.
  • Maintain internal IT systems, accounts, access permissions, and cloud-based tools.
  • Aid in resolving technical issues for customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and technical workflows.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system performance, configurations, and security for both internal and external users.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical support and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist in monitoring IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and security.

Qualifications

  • Basic experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar).
  • Experience with IT infrastructure support (user management, software installation, VPNs, cloud services).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Full-time commitment required.
