Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to project teams, ensuring smooth execution of technical aspects in inspection projects.
- Maintain internal IT systems, accounts, access permissions, and cloud-based tools.
- Aid in resolving technical issues for customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Create and maintain internal documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and technical workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to system performance, configurations, and security for both internal and external users.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide technical support and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist in monitoring IT infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and security.
Qualifications
- Basic experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar).
- Experience with IT infrastructure support (user management, software installation, VPNs, cloud services).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Full-time commitment required.
