About the role
Lead Geographic focus areas Imaging regional activities. Utilize your knowledge of the CMOS Imaging market and technical skills to identify new opportunities and propose the most appropriate technical solutions to our customers for their needs. Define, plan, and carry out short- to long-term strategies to maximize sales, gain market share, and maintain healthy margin levels.
Foresee the technical requirements of the future to ensure product roadmaps address the needs of the North American market and successfully outmaneuver competition. This position requires detailed knowledge of CMOS Imaging semiconductor products, product roadmaps, and competitive products, including third-party players.
Communicate effectively with external customers and partners, as well as internal business divisions and support organizations. This challenging role requires an experienced, well-rounded, and confident individual.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional imaging activities with a geographic focus.
- Identify new opportunities in the CMOS Imaging market using technical expertise.
- Propose tailored technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute short- to long-term strategies to maximize sales, market share, and margins.
- Anticipate future technical requirements to shape product roadmaps for the North American market.
- Maintain deep knowledge of CMOS Imaging semiconductor products, roadmaps, and competitive offerings.
- Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years of directly related sales experience in the semiconductor imaging industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of CMOS Imager (Visible, Invisible), Optical sensors, and Time of Flight Applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functions within the organization.
- Flexibility with changing priorities and transforming environments.
Pay
The base annual salary range for this role is between $151,200 and $189,000 USD, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
