Multimodality Tech - ED Imaging

About the Role

Performs a variety of radiological procedures, including vascular, invasive, interventional examinations, and computed tomographic (CT) scans. Possesses technical skills to operate sophisticated imaging equipment and can perform ARRT Technologist duties when not conducting CTs. Responsible for on-call procedures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Produces high-quality images safely and efficiently
• Completes required exams, sends studies for radiologist review, and maintains documentation
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Communicates effectively with patients and staff using medical terminology

Requirements

• Prior general radiology experience
• Completion of a JRCERT-approved Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification and registration in Radiography, CRT, CPR, and Arizona CT license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

Preferred: Two years CT experience and CT R.T. (R) (CT) (ARRT) certification
