Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of website and portal projects.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define and manage requirements.
- Ensure clear scope definition, requirement understanding, and project governance.
- Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and project progress.
- Provide regular status updates and drive issue resolution.
- Cook up cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Scrum Master.
- Strong experience managing Agile software development projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Miro, Jira, or similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Sitecore CMS and Sitecore-based website/portal implementations.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/Project Management certification.
- Experience leading customer-facing web portal or website projects.
