Summary

This role plays a crucial position in ensuring the smooth operation of our assets and resources. This role is responsible for assisting the overseeing of maintenance activities, leading skilled team of technicians, and ensuring that all systems function efficiently.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid with coordinating daily maintenance operations
• Lead and train team members
• Generate weekly maintenance schedules for maint. Technicians and contractors
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of spare parts storeroom(s)
• Cookordinate and conduct spare parts inventory counts – quarterly cycle counts
• Perform repairs as needed
• Cookordinate repairs and maintenance activities
• Gather proper tools and PPE for techs
• Assign and coordinate repairs for daily routine maintenance

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management

Physical Demands

• Regularly stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Schedule

100% Onsite - Monday - Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm PST

Pay Range

$35.00-$39.00
