We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. The posting includes a lot of description about UNICEF, purpose of assignment, scope of work, minimum requirements, desirables, core values, etc. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule mentioned. So we should not create those sections. We need to include sections like About the role (maybe description of purpose), Responsibilities (Scope of work), Requirements (minimum requirements), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (skills list). But we must not repeat job title as heading. Also we must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to extract content and put into appropriate sections. We need to decide mapping: - About the role: could be the introductory paragraph about UNICEF and purpose of assignment. The posting starts: "TUNICEF works in over 190 countries..." then "At UNICEF, we are committed..." then "Promoting the rights..." then "We offer our staff..." then "Visit our website..." then "For every child, the right to development How can you make a difference? Purpose of Assignment: Formalizing a technical leadership track..." So we can put that as About the role. - Responsibilities: Scope Of Work section: "Working in close partnership with DPC, GPD and OED, the consultant will design and build the architecture of a structured technical leadership track with a proposal for how to organize, establish, implement, maintain and govern it. The Consultant Will Be Responsible For The Following 3.1 Strategic Design & Workplan including Governance, Sustainability and Continuity and Ownership 3.2 Data Gathering & Participant Identification 3.3 Exposure Opportunities Model 3.4 Assessment Preparation & Competitive Readiness". Also maybe the bullet list of responsibilities. - Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Education, Work Experience, etc. Could be separate sections: Requirements (maybe education and experience) and Qualifications (maybe desirables). But the instruction says use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements are mandatory; Qualifications are preferred; Skills are abilities. We'll map: Requirements: Minimum Requirements (Education, Work Experience). Qualifications: Desirables (experience with UN orgs, etc). Skills: Skills list (knowledge of talent management, etc). Also Language Requirements. We must not include sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule as they are not specified. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to cut out the long paragraphs about EEO, accommodation, background checks, etc. Also remove instructions about submitting documents, financial proposal, etc? Those are application instructions; we should remove them. The instruction says: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we need to exclude the part about submitting documents, financial proposal, technical proposal, remarks, etc. Also exclude the part about UNICEF does not charge processing fee, etc. Also exclude the core values and diversity statements? Those might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The core values and diversity statements might be considered part of EEO? Possibly they are part of the organization's values, but they might be considered boilerplate. However they are substantive? They describe UNICEF's values and commitment to diversity. Might be considered part of "About the role"? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The core values and diversity statements are substantive? They are generic but still part of the posting. However they might be considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The core values statement is not exactly EEO but could be considered part of the organization's commitment. I'd lean to keep it as part of About the role? But it's lengthy. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could include a short paragraph about UNICEF's mission and values in About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

  • Executive coaching or leadership assessment certification (desirable).
  • Experience supporting organizational capability or skills‑based workforce transformations (desirable).
We should not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We omitted those. We kept the purpose of assignment and scope. We kept minimum requirements and desirables. We kept skills. We used

for each section. We used
  • for lists. We used

for prose. We didn't include job title heading. We didn't include Job ID. We didn't include application instructions. We didn't include core values statement; we omitted it. Is that okay? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The core values statement is substantive? It's about UNICEF's values. Might be considered part of "About the role". But we omitted it. Could we include a brief sentence about UNICEF's core values? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding a sentence about values might be okay. However the core values statement is lengthy; we could summarize? But we cannot summarize away detail; we must preserve detail. So we cannot summarize; we must either include it verbatim or omit it. If we omit, we are losing detail. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include it. However the core values statement might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's about values. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. It didn't say remove values statements. So we should keep it. Thus we need to incorporate the core values and diversity statements into About the role perhaps. Let's extract that part: "For every Child, you demonstrate... UNICEF’s Core Values of Care, Respect, Integrity, Trust and Accountability and Sustainability (CRITAS) underpin everything we do and how we do it. Get acquainted with Our Values Charter: UNICEF Values UNICEF promotes and advocates for the protection of the rights of every child, everywhere, in everything it does and is mandated to support the realization of the rights of every child, including those most disadvantaged, and our global workforce must reflect the diversity of those children. The UNICEF family is committed to include everyone, irrespective of their race/ethnicity, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, socio-economic background, minority, or any other status. UNICEF encourages applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, nationality, religious or ethnic backgrounds, and from people with disabilities, including neurodivergence. We offer reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities. throughout the recruitment process. If you require any accommodation, please submit your request through the accessibility email button on the UNICEF Careers webpage Accessibility | UNICEF. Should you be shortlisted, please get in touch with the recruiter directly to share further details, enabling us to make the necessary arrangements in advance. UNICEF does not hire candidates who are married to children (persons under 18). UNICEF has a zero-tolerance policy on conduct that is incompatible with the aims and objectives of the United Nations and UNICEF, including sexual exploitation and abuse, sexual harassment, abuse of authority and discrimination based on gender, nationality, age, race, sexual orientation, religious or ethnic background or disabilities. UNICEF is committed to promote the protection and safeguarding of all children. All selected candidates will, therefore, undergo rigorous reference and background checks, and will be expected to adhere to these standards and principles. Background checks will include the verification of academic credential(s) and employment history. Selected candidates may be required to provide additional information to conduct a background check, and selected candidates with disabilities may be requested to submit supporting documentation in relation to their disability confidentially." That's a lot of legal/EEO boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is definitely EEO boilerplate. So we should remove it. Good. Thus we can omit that entire block. Thus our About the role can be just the mission and purpose of assignment. We also need to include the line "Visit our website to learn more about what we do at UNICEF." That's maybe navigation? Could be considered boilerplate? It's a generic call to visit website. Might be considered navigation? Probably we can keep it as part of About the role? It's not substantive. Might be considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. "Visit our website to learn more about what we do at UNICEF." is navigation-ish. Safer to remove. Thus About the role will be the first paragraph about UNICEF works in over 190 countries... plus the purpose of assignment paragraph. Let's craft
