Technical Lead, Software Development (IT)

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Technical Lead to join their team. This role focuses on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design and implement clinical system applications for the organization
• Collaborate with product owners to clarify requirements and provide feedback
• Work with team members to deliver high-quality code on a continuous basis
• Translate requirements and data models into functional applications
• Conduct thorough design and code reviews to ensure adherence to standards
• Support testing processes including system and integration tests
• Resolve software defects efficiently in collaboration with QA teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on cloud solutions
• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams
• Proficient in programming languages such as Angular and Java
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and application architecture design
• Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus

Pay

$98,000 – $155,000 annually
