Technical Lead (React/Typescript)

recruit22 is partnering with a leading healthcare technology organization to hire a Tech Lead for a product development pod focused on a new platform improving care coordination and population health for senior care programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical decisions, write high-quality code, review PRs, and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX teams to translate user stories into scalable solutions.
• Establish best practices, manage technical debt, and contribute to the technical roadmap.
• Partner with Support and Product teams to resolve bugs and enhance user experience.
• Coach and guide junior engineers for growth and success.

Weekly Breakdown: 50% Development & collaboration, 25% Architecture & design, 10% Bug triage, 15% Coaching junior engineers.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Tech Lead in full-stack web applications (TypeScript/React).
• Skilled in architecture, design, and scaling web applications.
• Familiarity with MongoDB/NoSQL and secure coding practices.
• Previous experience in healthcare or other high-security industries is a plus.

• Proven leadership experience in engineering teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
