RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Define architecture across applications, APIs, integrations, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and security.
  • Create and maintain key architecture artifacts, including solution diagrams, integration patterns, and data flows.
  • Evaluate technologies and recommend platforms, frameworks, and tools that support long-term business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
  • Lead architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive effective resolutions.
  • Partner with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
  • Champion modern engineering practices, including microservices, API-first development, event-driven architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization.
  • Drive application modernization, technical debt reduction, performance optimization, and operational excellence.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership, solution architecture, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.
  • Advanced SQL Server expertise, including T-SQL, query optimization, and Entity Framework.
  • Experience designing and implementing microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, integration design, and scalable application architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
