Technical Lead(.Net)

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain .net solutions and Python automations
• Write and maintain product Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Use AI tools and agents effectively to improve efficiency and accelerate development
• Research cloud services, platform capabilities, and emerging features to assess technical feasibility and provide effort estimates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with backend development, using a major programming language (.net, Java, Python, Javascript)
• 2+ years of experience with Azure in cloud deployment environments
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD development including Github Actions
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure deployment patterns and infrastructure as code practices
• Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal oversight
• Demonstrates strong AI proficiency: developing new skills
• Demonstrates strong AI proficiency: integrating effectively with agents
• Demonstrates strong AI proficiency: using enterprise-approved AI tools in day-to-day development to improve efficiency

Skills

• 10+ years of experience with backend development, using a major programming language (.net, Java, Python, Javascript)
• 1-2 years of experience with another programming language
• Proficiency in technical design and architecture experience particularly with event-driven systems
• Experience working in enterprise cloud environments
