Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the best architects, contractors, installers, landscapers, and designers in our communities.
• Deliver a better building experience for both construction teams and homebuyers.
• Implement Homebound’s innovative software to manage the homebuilding process from start to finish.
• Use artificial intelligence and machine learning to build homes 8x faster than other homebuilders.
• Address project management, communication, procurement, sourcing, insurance, and permitting issues.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the homebuilding process.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, real estate, design, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the construction, real estate, or design industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with construction software.
