Responsibilities
- Daily management of a team of PostgreSQL DBA Consultants
- Task distribution and monitoring of objectives
- Support for consultants’ careers
- Participation in recruitment
- Technical support for contracts and PostgreSQL-related projects
Requirements
- Ten years of experience as a PostgreSQL Consultant
- Minimum of 3 years working in a managerial role
- Mastery over Linux, SQL, PL/PGSQL, & bash
- Experience using C (ideally)
- Fluency in English
- Interest in the Open Source world and joining a team of experts
- Comfortable with remote work and international/multicultural context
- Curiosity, responsiveness, and rigor
- Analytical mind and autonomy
