Technical Lead Manager

About the role

As a PostgreSQL Technical Lead Manager, you will oversee a team of PostgreSQL DBA Consultants across France and internationally. Your responsibilities include daily team management, task distribution, objective monitoring, career support for consultants, recruitment, and providing technical expertise for PostgreSQL-related projects and contracts.

Requirements

• Ten years of experience as a PostgreSQL Consultant
• Minimum of three years in a managerial role
• Mastery of Linux, SQL, PL/PGSQL, and bash
• Ideal experience with C
• Fluency in English
• Attraction to the Open Source world and desire to work with a team of experts
• Comfortable with remote work in an international and multicultural environment
• Strong curiosity, responsiveness, and rigor
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver high-quality experiences
• Analytical mindset and autonomy
