We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Lead the technical design and architecture of enterprise applications and platforms.
- Define coding standards, development best practices, and engineering guidelines.
- Review solution designs and ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Drive technical decision-making and technology selection.
- Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and services.
- Participate in hands-on coding for critical components and complex features.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Mentor and coach developers to improve technical skills and career growth.
- Lead sprint planning, technical discussions, and design reviews.
- Guide team members in adopting engineering best practices and agile methodologies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and customers to understand requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Provide regular project updates and communicate technical risks to stakeholders.
- Delivery & Execution
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high quality.
- Participate in effort estimation, release planning, and resource planning.
- Support CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing initiatives.
- Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives.
- Strong expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
- Strong understanding of databases, system design, and software architecture.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Mandatory Skills: Telecom Switching, Routing, NE Layer2 SW.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with AI/ML, data engineering, or modern cloud architectures.
- Relevant technical certifications.
Pay
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
