Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise IT or software solutions with at least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and integration in complex, multi-system environments.
• Develop maintainable platform logic, workflow automation, data structures, and integrations connecting ServiceNow with upstream and downstream enterprise applications.
• Contribute to technical design decisions, code quality practices, reusable patterns, peer reviews, and delivery standards across a development team.
• Support production applications, including release readiness, troubleshooting, monitoring, regression validation, and collaboration with quality assurance or operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field; master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise IT or software solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Development and maintenance of integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC.
• Strong competency in JavaScript and PowerShell.
• Experience implementing data transformations in file-based contexts and using scripting.
• Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, JWT), enterprise application integration, and network architecture security implications.
• Experience with unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or client-specific testing.
• Understanding of creating repeatable processes for reliable, high-availability environments (development, test, staging, production).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL/industry standards.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• 2+ years of telecommunications, cable, broadband, or similar operational technology experience (preferred).
