Technical Lead

Skills Required

• Knowledge and experience in organizational mission, IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture principles and reference models, and program management principles
• Experience in developing organizational enterprise architecture goals, objectives, plans and policies
• Experience in formulating strategic and IT goals and objectives, and implementing IT program metrics and measurement techniques
• Experience in developing major components of the enterprise architecture plan including strategic drivers, current and target architectures, the sequencing plan, architectural segments and reference models and standards
• Experience in technical documentation methods
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical executives
• Experience in aligning IT systems with organizational business processes

Skills Preferred

• Experience in leading IT system alignment efforts
• Experience in sharing information through the use of IT assets, project management concepts, methods and practices, and enterprise architecture concepts and principles
• Experience in utilizing emerging technologies to improve enterprise-level systems
• Experience in promoting and educating customers and stakeholders on the use and value of the enterprise architecture
• Experience in providing enterprise architecture guidance, support and coordination to customers and IT project teams

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
