Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Design and implement scalable software solutions using Python, Java 21, and other relevant technologies.
• Oversee the development and integration of microservices and APIs to enhance system functionality.
• Utilize Spark and Kafka for data processing and real-time analytics.
• Manage database solutions, particularly MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Drive test automation initiatives to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python is a deal breaker for this role.
• Strong knowledge of Java 21 and Core Java 21.
• Experience with Spark and Kafka for data processing.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of API development and integration.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software development or project management are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a technical environment.
