About the role

The organization is seeking a dedicated Technical Lead to oversee the architecture, development, integration, and ongoing support of technology solutions that facilitate Commercial Real Estate lending operations. This role involves partnering with various business and technical stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, mentor engineering teams, and ensure system reliability, security, and performance. This is a temp-to-perm position based onsite at Brooklyn, OH. Duration: Long Term Position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for lending applications and integrations.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions supporting CRE lending processes.
• Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce technical debt.
• Provide technical leadership for modernization initiatives involving SaaS and cloud-based platforms.
• Oversee development, enhancement, implementation, and support activities across the technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Review and approve technical designs, code, deployment plans, and implementation strategies.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, CI/CD practices, and security requirements.
• Support integrations between key platforms and internal data, workflow, and document management systems.
• Drive solutions supporting deal intake, underwriting, financial analysis, credit approvals, and portfolio management.
• Mentor developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
