Position Overview: Provide technical leadership for migration of manufacturing/shopfloor applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and migration strategy.
- Guide developers, integration teams, and testing efforts.
- Ensure security, performance, and deployment readiness.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software delivery experience with leadership responsibility.
- Experience with enterprise manufacturing systems, integrations, APIs, and cloud environments (preferred).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Preferred experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, SAP/MES, shopfloor systems, application modernization, data migration, testing, and change management activities.
Pay
Salary range: $100,000-$130,000. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including location, the candidate’s combination of job‑related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
