Interns work side‑by‑side with industry‑leading experts in the office and field, gaining hands‑on experience while applying classroom knowledge to real‑world challenges. Responsibilities
- Work side‑by‑side with industry experts to develop practical solutions to structural engineering challenges.
- Support projects related to nuclear and non‑nuclear power generation and storage, national defense installations, and other critical infrastructure.
- Develop state‑of‑the‑art analytical models to evaluate the performance of buildings, mechanical systems, and non‑structural components in response to earthquakes and other hazards.
- Perform structural analysis and design under the guidance of licensed professionals.
