Technical Integrations Analyst

About The Role

Our client is a SaaS industry leader that is looking to bring on someone to own the integrations between their platform and the systems their customers use. This is a hands-on role where you'll be in the APIs yourself, building and troubleshooting connections, writing SQL to validate data, and monitoring scheduled syncs. You'll also be client-facing, helping customers get their integrations stood up and running cleanly.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain custom API integrations using Postman or Insomnia
• Research third-party APIs, test endpoints, map data fields, and document real-world behaviors
• Monitor scheduled syncs; investigate and resolve errors and recurring failure patterns
• Use SQL to validate integration data and stored configuration
• Support customers directly on integration setup, troubleshooting, and cutover

What You Bring

• ~3 years of Hands-on experience building custom API integrations using Postman or equivalent to work directly with REST endpoints, not just enabling pre-built connectors
• SQL proficiency for data validation and configuration review
• Comfortable being client-facing and explaining technical tradeoffs in plain language
