Technical Inspector
Responsibilities
- Implement predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to visually inspect in-process and completed products such as electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies or mechanical units, subassemblies, structural flaws, internal defects, and missing welds.
- Use various measuring devices.
- Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
- Work from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, customer specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists.
- Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This position has been posted at multiple levels (must meet minimum level indicated).
- Must have a bachelor's degree.
- Must have 3+ years of recent and related work experience. In lieu of degree: Candidates with 7+ years of recent and related experience will be considered.
- Inspection experience with methods such as scale/micrometer and torque tools.
- Experience with SAP/VECAMS.
- Technical bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Background Investigations
