About the role
The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager will lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through scope and schedule creation, budget management, completed design, implementation, commissioning, and data center deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder teams to map dependencies, create and drive schedules
- Think big to solve some of our biggest challenges
- Own and deliver on end-to-end builds
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, eliminate non-value-add activities, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to understand mechanical/electrical engineering concepts
- Experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint
- Experience with Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL and systems integration is a plus
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software)
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
- Experience in data center, networking engineering, systems engineering or construction management with a good understanding of data center technologies such as power, cooling and controls systems
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
