About the role

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcing Lead to support the growth of our Hardware Sourcing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with 5+ years in technical sourcing for hardware-related roles.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and the business to develop an inclusive candidate pool pipeline.
  • Work with engineering leaders and recruiters to define and maintain hiring needs, understanding technical requirements and how they fit into the organization.
  • Identify prospects through strong research using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, and GitHub, and by networking through alumni groups, meet-ups, and conferences.
  • Execute on tactical outreach, craft custom outreach messaging, and screen prospective candidates.
  • Work with coordinators and recruiters to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ technical sourcing expertise for hardware-related roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading, including mentoring, coaching, and leading project and/or a team of sourcers or recruiters.
  • Proficient in direct sourcing using LinkedIn, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing for building chip teams, specifically ASIC/Verification, VLSI (Physical Design, Circuit Design, CAD, etc), and Mixed Signal Circuit Design Engineers.
  • Experience using sourcing tools, technologies, and platforms (e.g., AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS capabilities, CRM systems).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organization skills.
  • Creative problem solver as it relates to sourcing and recruiting passive talent.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple priorities to implement high-quality deliverables.
  • Proven track record of finding creative ways to identify talent.
  • Consistent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $140,000 - $224,250 USD.
  • Eligibility for equity and benefits.

Pay

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
