About the Role
Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of products and services. This position collaborates with outsourced teams to manage and coordinate tasks to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Establish and optimize testing processes, repair standards, and SOPs according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Perform inspections and testing on drones, communication systems, payloads, and power supplies.
- Conduct pre- and post-repair flight tests to ensure repair quality.
- Maintain the manufacturer’s backend repair system and handle monthly billing.
- Communicate repair details and quotations with customers, and perform on-site inspections as needed.
- Manage the receipt and delivery of repair items.
- Collaborate with the manufacturer’s team on drone repairs.
- Manage inventory of drone repair parts and components.
- Handle other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of work experience; experience leading a team is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits.
- Civil Aviation Administration drone operation certification is a plus.
