Location: Remote (PST preferred)
Pay Range: $32/hr to $34/hr on W2 • Duration: 4 months
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop strategic plans and proposals to meet business growth targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in business development or sales roles with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), global project controls, cost management, risk management, planning/scheduling, or estimating experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Process Documentation & SOP Development
- 5-7 years of experience in Process mapping / Visio / Workflow Design
- 5-7 years of experience in Technical writing, training material & user guide development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and market insights effectively
