Technical Designer – Women’s Apparel

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development across assigned categories from proto through production
• Conduct fit sessions and provide clear direction on fit, construction, and quality
• Create and manage technical specs, fit comments, and product documentation
• Partner with Design, Product Development, Production, and vendors to ensure strong execution
• Help improve standards, workflows, and overall team efficiency

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical design experience in women’s apparel
• Strong knowledge of fit, grading, construction, and fabric behavior
• Experience working directly with overseas vendors
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with knits, wovens and loungewear experience preferred
