Responsibilities
- Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and production
- Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
- Create graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
- Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect preferred, but not required
- 10+ years of related experience, including proven ability to deliver projects from beginning to end
- Proven ability to interpret building code requirements, coordinate with consultants, and communicate effectively with clients during construction
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, Octane, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, V-Ray, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience using and applying VR and/or AR in the architectural design process
- Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- LEED accreditation a plus

Pay
The base salary will be estimated between $107,000 - $140,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience.
