Technical Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Technical Designer with a strong background in outerwear to support our team on several upcoming projects. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned technical designer who has an excellent understanding of garment construction, can work independently, and is comfortable jumping into projects quickly. Responsibilities Create, review, and refine detailed specs for outerwear stylesReview construction, measurements, fit, and technical details for accuracyIdentify and resolve potential construction or fit issuesProvide clear, concise fit comments and technical direction to factoriesPartner with our team to ensure styles meet our quality and construction standards Qualifications Strong experience in outerwear technical designExpert knowledge of garment construction, fit, specs, and measurementsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills, particularly when working directly with overseas factoriesAbility to work independently, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlinesAvailable for freelance/project-based work with flexible scheduling We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring a high level of technical expertise to our outerwear business.
