Technical Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships as the main contact for 10 major design firm accounts
• Develop account growth strategies and identify new business opportunities
• Provide technical guidance during design phases, supporting proposals and inquiries
• Lead and mentor multiple Field Application Engineers across US locations
• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance the organization's presence in designated firms

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering, preferably electrical, with 8+ years of experience in electrical distribution
• Strong interpersonal skills to address technical issues from multiple perspectives
• Proficient in problem-solving and fostering new customer development
• Self-starter with accountability for results and the ability to work independently
• Able to build and maintain partnerships with regional engineering consultants
