Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will oversee technical delivery across CI/CD and deployment operations, with a strong focus on service reliability and operational execution. The Technical Delivery Manager will partner closely with internal teams and customers to support incident response, change management, and ongoing service performance. This position also plays a key role in driving SRE practices and continuous improvement across cloud-based environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and maintenance of CI/CD environments.
• Participate in operational calls and stakeholder meetings to support service delivery.
• Drive SRE practices in alignment with operational and product goals.
• Serve as an escalation point for operations issues and coordinate internal team responses.
• Conduct regular reviews with customers on SLAs and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD within a deployment operations environment.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure services, including AKS, IoT, and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Ansible.
• Strong customer service and project management skills with a focus on quality control.
• Ability to lead incident and change management processes while ensuring performance excellence.

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
