Technical Delivery Manager

Overview

The role will be allocated to sub-domains/programs with a team size of 100-150 headcount (HC). Oversee the successful delivery of projects within assigned sub-domains and programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver reports/presentations to leadership stakeholders
• Act as an escalation point between project level and leadership level (handle obstacles, coordinate with stakeholders - GEV's DT/IT, business users, FPT internal)
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturing domain themes and new technologies and make recommendations to clients
• Support business development: proactively engage with stakeholders to generate new opportunities/initiatives and business needs, gather initial requirements
• Provide presale support: collaborate with offshore/offshore technical teams to propose solutions, initial project budgets, and timelines
• Work with tech stack including Cloud (AWS/Azure), Java, Angular, AI/Data analytics, IIoT, Automation
• Focus on sub-domains: Supply Chain planning, Engineering (PLM/PDM), Manufacturing Operation, Supply Chain Execution
