The Senior Technical Delivery Director leads teams of Technical Consulting Managers and Solutions Architects to deliver top-tier consulting and implementation services, ensuring customer success with Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop high-performance teams of Technical Consulting Managers and Solutions Architects.
• Maintain technical expertise and provide guidance during complex engagements.
• Standardize delivery processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Partners, and GTM teams to understand customer needs, develop strategies, and create scalable, industry-specific solutions.
• Drive key metrics including team headcount, customer satisfaction, revenue, and delivery quality.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in service delivery with large teams.
• Deep knowledge of database technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic leadership and technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to drive operational excellence.
