Technical Delivery Director

About the role

The Senior Technical Delivery Director leads teams of Technical Consulting Managers and Solutions Architects to deliver Snowflake's service offerings, ensuring customer success and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and manage delivery teams of Technical Consulting Managers and Solutions Architects
• Maintain technical expertise in Snowflake’s service offerings and database technologies
• Develop strategic plans and standardize delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with sales, partners, and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and drive revenue
• Develop scalable industry solutions
• Monitor key performance metrics, including headcount targets, escalation reduction, consumption and revenue goals, and delivery quality
• Ensure data security and confidentiality

Requirements

• BA/BS in a related field
• 15+ years of experience in service delivery, including leadership of large teams
• Deep knowledge of database technologies
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
