Technical Delivery Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product implementations and provide technical design recommendations.
• Develop data integrations partnering with functional consultants.
• Develop integrations and configurations for client implementations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Evaluate and translate business requirements into integrations and configurations.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience building integrations or data pipelines, preferably using Python.
• 2+ years of experience with NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Able to acquire a deep understanding of business processes and translate them into long-term technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams, providing input while being receptive to others' ideas, with a focus on delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of experience designing or working with JSON/REST APIs.
• 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Experience or familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.js.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, CI/CD processes, and Git.
