Our headquarters in Las Vegas is home to our customer service, accounting, and technology teams, as well as our Network Operations Center (NOC), which provides 24/7 remote monitoring and Internet security services.
About the role
This hybrid role combines customer service and technical responsibilities. We’re looking for one individual who will take on a wide range of responsibilities, supporting both customer service and technical operations at the Greenville Convention Center. The position is full-time, hourly, and on-site only—this is not a remote or hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and sales support during events
- Respond to inquiries, process requests, and collect payments
- Assist with service desk operations at show sites
- Input data and generate reports using proprietary software
- Manage inventory and assist with event setup and breakdown
- Translate event schematics into real-world network installations
- Install and test copper and fiberoptic cables, patch panels, and jumpers
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support clients during setup and takedown
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to multitask and manage interruptions professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Interest in IT and telecom networking

Pay
Starting at $20.00/hour, based on experience.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site position. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed is required. Occasional travel may be required.
