Technical Curriculum Developer (Semiconductor)

Mayvin is seeking a Curriculum Developer to assist in the development, execution, and periodic review of a Training Support Package (TSP) for engagement operators within an internet-based program on MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. This role conducts analysis of training requirements and designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet those requirements. The Curriculum Developer incorporates authoritative changes, best practices, emerging technologies, and proscribed systems into the TSP.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Design instructionally valid training materials relevant to the program in accordance with the DOW guidelines, TM, JP, and other relevant documents
• Conduct research of the curricula to determine what materials and resources should be added or adapted to meet learning objectives
• Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans
• Interact with customer and program leadership to ensure instructional content is current, comprehensive, and meets program needs
